Yes, you can pay when picking up your order at the branch (choose option Payment at branch) – VISA, Mastercard and Debit cards are accepted.

Other means of payment are:

We offer you the following payment methods:

1. Payment by bank transfer. Pay online in a matter of minutes! Just follow the steps during the rental process and the pick-up or delivery of your equipment will be guaranteed.

2. Payment at the branch. By choosing this option, you will be able to pay your invoice when picking up your order at your chosen Avesco Rent branch. We accept VISA, MasterCard and all common debit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept any cash payments at the moment.

3. Pay online by Credit card . The fastest, easiest and safest way!

4. Payment unique as you are. Need a special payment method? Let us know! We will analyze your needs and find something unique for you! Please contact us at [email protected]

5. You have any issues or questions regarding your payment or an invoice? Contact our accounting team at [email protected] and they will be happy to help you out

If a machine is no longer available, the phone symbol will appear instead of the price. Or on check-out, you will be given the information “ON REQUEST” in red will be shown under the machine on check-out in your card. You will receive a separate quotation or information from us regarding this equipment during our working hours.

There are two ways to do it! You can book a late check-in (until 08:15 day after your final rent day) or you can extend your contract on avesco-rent.ee (your customer account) or by contacting the branch.

You can cancel your order at avesco-rent.ee by login into your customer account or via e-mail [email protected] or via phone + 372 5300 1395!

No cancellation fee! You can cancel (or postpone) your contract for free until the end a day before the first rental day (end of branch working hours).

In case you will not come to pick your equipment on the first rental day, the fee will be applied for that day only. We thank you for your understanding that we will make the equipment again available for other customers for rent in this case.

Your customer account will be credited with the amount and can be used for next rent (no cash refund).

If the rent contract is still ongoing, you can easily change the terms of your contract at avesco-rent.ee. Log in into your customer account and you can adapt your contracts according to your needs. You can choose any date for the period that is left for your rental (except the same day) as the last day.

We have the philosophy that you do not need to ask a deposit to your contruction world buddy!

If you have a credit limit at Avesco Rent ,no deposit is needed.

If you do not have any credit limit, the payment for the first and following rentals should be done in advance.

If you have your own equipment and wish to use it with our machines, we advise you to pay us a visit before your contract starts and take your equipment with you for a compatibility test. We want that you have no surprises once the work needs to start!

Avesco Rent is a rental company, but if you are thinking about purchasing one of the machines, let us know by e-mail [email protected] or by phone + 372 5300 1395 and we will make sure our colleagues from sales will come back to you with a proposal!

If you are not 100% sure – to rent or to buy – “RENT & BUY” is a perfect option for you, because this option gives you a great flexibility!

If you are already renting equipment at Avesco Rent, we offer you a chance to buy out this equipment.

Yes, insurance is included in the price of the machine when booking. The costs for the Basic insurance is 1 EUR per day per equipment. Insurance is always invoiced 7 days throughout the all year (bank holidays included). In case of damage, the machines are repaired according to the type and model (see the franchise and deductible list here). You can lower the possible deductible by adding additional insurance to your cart. We offer the Basic, Classic and “Best Buddy” insurance levels.

All our machines are rented clean and must be returned in the same condition. To save time, order machine cleaning in advance when booking, because it saves you money – cleaning fee is lower when ordering in advance! In case equipment is returned damaged, not cleaned, or heavily dirty, cleaning and repairing fees are applied. This is also valid if cleaning was booked in advanced, but the machine was returned heavily dirty or damaged. Learn more about our additional services.

Unfortunately, our equipment cannot be used outside Estonia without prior written consent of Avesco Rent branch.

You will find our Saue branch at Väljaotsa str. 3 , Pärnu branch at Niidu str. 3 and Tartu branch at Välja str. 1a.
